1. Mixing system

The mixing system of JS500 concrete mixer consists of motor, pulley, reducer, open gear, mixing drum mixing device, oil supply device and other components. When working, the motor drives the secondary gear reducer, and the two shafts of the reducer drive the two horizontal mixing shafts to rotate in opposite directions at a constant speed through two pairs of open gears.

2. Feeding system

The feeding system of JS500 concrete mixer consists of a hoisting mechanism, a loading rack, a hopper, a feeding nozzle and other components. The brake motor ensures that the hopper can stop reliably at any position when running at full load, and the size of the braking torque is adjusted by the large nut on the rear seat of the motor.

3. Water supply system

The water supply system of mobile JS500 concrete mixer machine consists of a water pump, a throttle valve, a cleaning and spraying device. The throttle valve can adjust the flow of water, and the total amount of water supply is adjusted by the time relay.

4. Unloading system

The unloading system of portable JS500 concrete mixer consists of a unloading door, a cylinder, or a hydraulic cylinder and other mechanisms. There are three structures: hydraulic control, pneumatic control, and manual control. The unloading door is installed at the bottom of the mixer, and the cylinder or hydraulic cylinder is used to realize motorized unloading.

5. Electrical system

The electrical control circuit of the electric steel JS500 concrete mixer is equipped with an air switch, a fuse, and a thermal relay, which has the functions of short circuit protection and overload protection. All control buttons, air switch handles and indicator lights are arranged on the door of the distribution box, and a door lock is provided. The electrical components in the distribution box are installed on an edge plate, which is safe and reliable, and easy to operate and maintain.
